We are currently seeking a qualified professional to join our team as an Account Manager. This is your opportunity to grow with us.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or professional degree in Mining, Business, Industrial, Electronics, or Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Specialization or diploma in Sales Management, Digital Mining, or Technological Transformation.
  • More than 5 years of experience in sales or business development within technology, software, or industrial/mining solutions companies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel), CRM tools, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of the mining sector is desirable.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Availability to travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies aimed at acquiring new clients across the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, presenting technical proposals, negotiating, and closing.
  • Participate in technical and commercial client visits.
  • Represent the company at events, seminars, webinars, and industry presentations related to mining and technology.
  • Identify business opportunities within existing clients and potential leads.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to conduct product demonstrations and develop persuasive commercial proposals.
  • Design and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. 
  • Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Ensure clients obtain maximum value from implemented solutions through regular updates, training, and ongoing support.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding enhancements or desired features based on client needs.
  • Work closely with engineering, product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure an integrated approach to customer satisfaction.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
